How long have you been in business?
In business in the United States since December 2009
What is your primary product or service?
Detailed Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing and Dryer Vent Cleaning is becoming much more sought after as people are being made aware of the huge fire risk a blocked dryer vent can cause.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in construction cleaning for Europe's 3rd largest quarry. This involved a lot of pressure washing so this was my first choice when starting a business here in the States, to carry out work in which I had 11 years of experience.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different in that we use only biodegradable solutions which do not harm the landscaping, pets, window's or the frames. Everyone seems to use bleach which harms everything it comes into contact with.
We also turn up at the arranged time and do a great job, if for any reason we can't be with the customer on time, we let the customer know what time we will be with them, this seems to be another big problem in Naples.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have plans to expand as our business grows, we are giving it time as we only moved to Naples in November 2010.
What type of payments do you accept?
At the moment we accept only cash and checks, as we grow we will be accepting credit cards and paypal
