I was a customer of Pristine Dry Cleaners for several years. During that time, I paid their expensive prices but felt the dry cleaning always looked good. Naturally, I talked with them when it was time to have a designer purse cleaned. It was a gift from my husband and I wanted to make sure it was properly taken care of. When I was able to get my purse back, I was heartbroken with the condition it was in. In an attempt to clean the light colored interior lining, it appears they tried to dry clean yet. The result was that the lining shrunk which in turn caused the purse to pucker and lose it's shape. I talked to the manager, Anthony, about the situation and was told it was out of his hands and turned over to the owner, Tom Janik. Four months, I tried to reach Mr. Janik and had absolutely no response from him or any attempt to discuss this matter with me or make restitution. I do not normally review businesses but feel compelled to do so in this case. Bottom line… If you have an issue with their service, you will not be treated professionally. You will be ignored! I wish I could give Pristine Dry Cleaners zero stars. They do not deserve even one.
