How long have you been in business?
I have been working on computers since 1978. I started my first company in 1992. After working for Family Computer USA in Naples, I purchased the company, then moved and renamed it to Vontronics, my original company's name.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide computer services, in general. Whether for individuals or for small business without their own full-time IT department, we repair, upgrade, install, network, remove viruses, etc. We work at our lab benches or at your place.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had been designing and repairing electronic circuits prior to working with computers. The first computers I repaired where pre-PC's, the microprocessor type with many switches and blinking lights!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide expert service. Our slogan is that "We never charge if we can't fix it", and that includes if it is impractical, due to cost, to repair your computer. All phone consultations are free often resulting in successful repairs from afar. Our loyal customers are our only form of advertising.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We provide service in Collier and South Lee counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Completely self-employed as a sole-proprietor.
What are your hours of operation?
Varies due to the schedule of on-site calls I have. Always call first to schedule an appointment to make sure I will be at my office when you need to arrive. 239-597-0001
